In middle school I got my first point-and-shoot camera and since then it's just been history. Not long after buying my second DSLR, I literally woke up one morning and knew I wanted to be a photographer. People are my number one favorite thing to photograph. Everyone is multidimensional and every person has a good side, something I strive to show in my work. I love taking lively photos that engage the viewer and flatter the subject; everyone has their own unique spirit and energy, which I do my best to reveal when working with my clients. When you choose me to photograph you or to help document an event or performance, I work closely with you to ensure that the final product you receive is one that you will cherish for a long time. I shoot on location, which means that I will work with you to pick a place to shoot your photos, whether it be in your home, at a public park, or even on a busy street. Although shooting portraits in a non-studio setting raises its own unique challenges, I have found that it often helps clients relax and produces images that feel very organic and natural. I also edit and retouch every photo at no additional cost to ensure that you receive the best final product possible. I make sure that the colors, lighting, and composition harmonize with one another; I believe that attention to detail is very important because every small aspect of an image contributes to the bigger picture as a whole.
